Shalom Empowerment Forum (SEF) Sacco is a Savings and Credit Co-operative Society registered under the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap 490) of the Laws of Kenya.
The Sacco primarily mobilizes Savings and extends Credit to its members thereby empowering them economically and socially.

Eligibility for individual Membership
• Be over 18 years of age.• Fill and sign the required application forms and attach copy of ID or copy of Passport and KRA pin.
• Pay non-refundable registration fee of ksh 2000.
• Shall pay up to the minimum nnn withdrawable share capital of ksh 15000 within the first 12 months of membership or with the first loan, whichever comes earlier.
• To contribute a monthly minimum saving of ksh 1,000.
• Abide to SEF Sacco By-Laws, and policies.
• Pay administration fee of Ksh 200 monthly.
• The member shall contribute share capital of Ksh1.,000 annually.

Group Membership
• Fill membership application forms.
• Each group individual must be a member of SEF Sacco.
• Attach a copy of Group Constitution and a Registration Certificate.
• Attach Minutes of the group’s meeting resolving to join the Sacco.
• Pay a non-refundable joining fee of 5000..
• Pay for minimum Shares capital ksh 30,000.
• Be paying monthly deposit of ksh 500 per member.

• Administration fee of Ksh 1000 per month.
